Linear drivers are used as buffer for the horizontal transport of materials between bowl feeders and the systems performing further processing steps. Linear drivers are also used for linear sortation and as driver for hoppers.
Linear drivers are similar to bowl feeders in that they use the same underlying technology using small, directed vibrations.
